We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual as a Medical Staffing Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis. The role supports rota planning, locum usage, annual, study and sick leave for the medical workforce, and is based in the emergency department. The Coordinator reports to the Assistant Delivery Manager for the division, works with resident doctors and acts as a central point of contact.
Main duties of the job:
- Operationally manage the medical staffing function within the emergency department.
- Produce and collate the weekly and on-call rotas for all emergency department services in liaison with the Assistant Delivery Managers.
- Act as the main point of contact for all medical staffing enquiries in the emergency department.

Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Experience:
- Exposure to medical staffing rotas.
- Experience in and evidence of producing compliant medical rotas.
- Previous NHS experience.
