An exciting Junior Sous Chef position is available at a luxury country hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality award winning dining. In this role of Junior Sous Chef, you will mainly assist in the running of the award winning Brasserie Restaurant and will support the renowned Exec Chef. The brasserie menu showcases the best of North Yorkshire seasonal produce. This role is ideal for a talented chef looking to take the next step in their culinary career and develop leadership skills.

An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced Junior Sous chef or chef de partie with 2 - 4 years experience working in high-quality fresh food establishments. You must have excellent communication skills and leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide junior staff. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
