The Great Yorkshire Show brings together the very best of British agriculture, food and drink, first-class entertainment, and a true representation of Yorkshire's finest. We are looking for staff to join the team to work the show! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an iconic and renowned event in the heart of Yorkshire and experience the behind-the-scenes magic at one of the biggest agricultural shows in the UK.
We are seeking Head Bartenders to join our team where you will be overseeing your assigned area's bar operations, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to each of our guests and the bar operates smoothly. As a Head Bartender, you will be the pillar between the area manager and your bar team; supporting with staff training, opening and closing the bar, stock count and till closure, resolving customer complaints, and acting as the face of the bar.
The show is held from Tuesday 14th July to Friday 17th July. To be successful, you must be able to work all 4 dates. You will have the opportunity to stay on our books after the GYS days and work a number of our other venues and events!

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Previous Head Bartender experience is a must
- Previous events experience is desirable
- Must be able to commute to the venue on all 4 show days
- Confident being customer facing
- The ability to change a barrel and basic cellar management skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with a great eye for detail
- Engaging, enthusiastic and punctual
