I'm currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Litigation Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) to join a highly regarded national firm with a long-standing reputation in the healthcare sector. This is a brilliant role for a newly qualified solicitor or junior associate looking to develop their career within a specialist healthcare team, acting on behalf of NHS bodies, independent healthcare providers and other health and social care organisations.

Role

  • You’ll work as part of an experienced and supportive team handling a broad range of healthcare litigation matters.
  • The caseload will include:
    • Defendant clinical negligence claims
    • Inquests and advisory work
    • Healthcare regulatory and public law matters
    • Sensitive and complex claims often involving reputational considerations
  • You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own files (with appropriate supervision), whilst also assisting senior colleagues on higher value and more complex matters.

About You

  • Applications are welcomed from NQ-4 PQE solicitors with experience in defendant clinical negligence or wider healthcare litigation.
  • Candidates with relevant claimant or insurance litigation experience and a genuine interest in healthcare work are also encouraged to apply.
  • You will demonstrate:
