What you'll be doing
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
- Greet and seat customers warmly and professionally.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Attend to customer needs and respond to enquiries or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions when required.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with set‑up and closing duties as needed.
