What you'll be doing

  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Greet and seat customers warmly and professionally.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar team.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Attend to customer needs and respond to enquiries or special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
  • Process payments and handle cash or card transactions when required.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist with set‑up and closing duties as needed.
