Job Purpose: To provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service within a busy sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Process sales orders, estimates, and related documentation accurately and promptly. Maintain and organise electronic and paper filing systems. Answer incoming calls to the department, directing them to the appropriate person. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, and assist other teams as needed.
- Customer Service: Support the management and development of customer and supplier relationships. Handle queries professionally and assist in resolving issues quickly to maintain strong working relationships.
- General Duties: Contribute to the continuous improvement of company systems and processes. Undertake additional duties as required to support operational needs. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Work in line with the company's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Policy. Collaborate effectively with all employees to support company goals.
