We're looking for Mobile Technicians to join our team, carrying out repairs and replacements across a variety of vehicles. At Auto Windscreens, we do more than fix glass - we get our customers back on the road and feeling safe again. This role is all about independence, teamwork, and making a real difference to someone's day. You'll be out on the road, meeting customers, solving problems, and building a career with a well established national business.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm; 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What you'll be doing:

  • Repairing and replacing vehicle glass on everything from everyday cars to classics, vans, and high end vehicles
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every job
  • Working independently while staying connected with your regional team
  • Spotting opportunities to improve our service and sharing feedback
  • Continuously building your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for:

  • An interest or experience with automotive or mechanical is a bonus - but not essential
  • Great communication and people skills
  • A positive, can do attitude and pride in your work
  • Willingness to learn and build a long term career
  • A full UK driving licence
