Job Summary – We are looking for one person to join our team and support the delivery of the Women in Golf strategic framework by coordinating and supporting related projects. Within this role you will work with the Women’s Development Manager and wider Women’s team to support the development and delivery of key projects, resources, educational workshops and conferences at county, regional and national level as and when required. You will support the coordination of the Women in Golf Charter, including its relaunch, renewals process, ongoing impact tracking, sharing best practice, and delivering education to regional and national stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of the sporting landscape within England
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Prior experience of project coordination and delivery roles

Working Hours & Travel – This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. It is a home‑based position, but the post requires travel to meetings and to visit England Golf headquarters (The National Golf Centre, Woodhall Spa) as necessary.
