As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you'll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. You'll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You'll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
We are proud to say our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours truly tips the scale on your work life balance. We know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and we want to make it easy for you to strike the right balance, whether you are looking for a full time or part time role we are sure we can find the right rota pattern for you. Typically, a full time role would involve working 40 hours per day (4 days per week), along with the shared Saturday morning rota, which sits at 4:12 with time back in lieu. There's no out of hours or on call required with the role.
Manor Vets comprises of six fully functioning practices. Across all of our sites, we have an excellent team of clinicians that's composed of 26 vets, 30 RVNs, as well as our staff of VCAs and SVNs. Our team boasts certificate holders in imaging, ophthalmology, surgery, cardiology, imaging and medicine. The Shirley site is well equipped with digital x ray, ultrasound, laparoscopy and CT at our nearby Halesowen site.

- A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
