Role Overview
Join Wolverine Worldwide as a retail sales associate and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Educate customers on product features, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, delivery management, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health & safety procedures.
- Handle cash management and follow all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
- Encourage customer loyalty through promotion of new collections and collecting customer data.
Qualifications
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for Wolverine brands and lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (US candidates).
