Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Electronic Engineering or a related field
- 3+ successful tapeouts
- Knowledge of entire PD flow from netlist to GDS (Floorplanning, Power planning, Placement & Optimisation, CTS, Routing, Post route optimisation and DRC closure)
- Experience in logic synthesis, conformal, static timing analysis and Place and Route (PnR)
- Experience working a 22/20nm process nodes is desirable
