An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing practice and play a central role in its continued success. You will handle a varied caseload, providing commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, while thriving in a team that offers real opportunities for professional development.
OVERVIEW
The firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its well-regarded litigation practice, working closely with a collaborative team while managing an independent caseload of high-value, complex contentious property matters. You will take the lead on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, as well as broader property disputes, including issues relating to easements, restrictive covenants, rights to light, and development-related conflicts. This is an excellent opportunity to handle challenging work while building your profile within a supportive and high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's PQE and be ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented, with excellent legal expertise. You will play an active role in business development - strengthening client relationships and contributing directly to the growth and ongoing success of the practice.
