Your Role
As a core MOT Tester and Service Advisor in our Bristol team, your time will be split evenly across two main areas:
Workshop Operations (Approx. 50%)
- MOT Testing: Carry out official vehicle inspections and regulatory tests safely in line with current DVSA requirements.
- Diagnostics: Perform basic vehicle inspections and electronic diagnostics to identify required repairs.
- Compliance: Maintain immaculate digital MOT and vehicle records, ensuring all work meets safety standards.
Front-of-House / Service Advisor (Approx. 50%)
- Customer Care: Welcome drivers, handle phone enquiries, and provide clear updates regarding vehicle work and pricing.
- Diary Management: Book MOTs, servicing and repairs while efficiently managing the daily workshop schedule.
- Administration: Process digital job cards, customer invoices and payments accurately.
