We're looking for an experienced Legal Support Assistant or Senior Legal Support Assistant to join our busy Commercial Litigation team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with several Partners and gain exposure across a wide range of work within the commercial disputes, Marine and Sports law space. You'll be joining a collaborative, high performing team where no two days look the same and where you'll play an important role in keeping the department running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Managing diaries
- Preparing and amending documents
- Handling correspondence
- Digital dictation
- Liaising directly with clients
- Arranging travel
- Opening new matters
- Keeping on top of compliance
- Monthly billing
- General PA tasks such as expenses and file management
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a litigation team
- Highly organised, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong systems skills; confident using Outlook and other internal systems
- Excellent eye for detail
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Digital dictation experience preferred
- Familiarity with 3E desirable
- Positive attitude, strong team ethic, and confidence to build effective working relationships across the department
