We have an exciting opportunity in our Food & Beverage team as a F&B Supervisor where you will be supervising daily operations across our Bar, Restaurant and Executive Lounge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
The Role- Welcoming and assisting guests with a friendly, professional and attentive manner.
- Overseeing and supporting all aspects of the food and beverage service, including floor service, bartending, barista duties, hosting, banqueting service and event room set‑ups.
- Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Handling guest enquiries and managing reservations to support the smooth running of the department.
- Fostering strong working relationships with the culinary and back‑of‑house teams, providing support where needed to ensure seamless service delivery and consistently exceeding guest expectations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage professional, ideally with previous supervisory experience within a hotel or hospitality environment. You will be proactive, highly organised and have strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members. You will also thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards.
