The Role
- Provide strategic leadership for the department, ensuring high quality teaching and strong outcomes for students across all key stages.
- Play a central role in shaping the curriculum, supporting staff development, and driving continuous improvement.

- Support, coach and develop teaching staff to enhance performance and practice.

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Maths teaching.
