The predicted salary is between 26500 - 27500 £ per year.

This is a varied role supporting CCTV and alarm customers across the UK, combining customer service, administration, and system coordination within a busy and supportive environment.

Set working hours: 2 days on Monday and Friday, 09:00 - 15:00.

You must be able to pass security vetting, provide 5 years of employment history and references, and explain any gaps in employment.

Day to Day

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails
  • Support customers with queries and basic technical issues
  • Complete reports and general administration tasks
  • Assist with CCTV and alarm system coordination

Additional Shift Opportunities

There is also the opportunity to complete company funded SIA CCTV training and pick up additional evening and weekend shifts within the CCTV Control Room.

Extra shifts available

  • Mon and Fri (17:00 - 20:00)
  • Mon, Tues, Weds, Sunday (20:00 - 23:00)
  • Saturday (14:00 - 20:00)

Duties would include

  • Monitoring live CCTV feeds and alarm activations
  • Identifying suspicious or unusual activity
  • Responding to incidents and following escalation procedures
  • Handling calls with customers, keyholders and security teams
  • Logging incidents accurately onto internal systems
  • Working across multiple screens within a fast paced environment
