We are looking for a Customer Service Returns Assistant at our Bristol Airport location to work as part of our vehicle returns team in a fast‑paced environment. Your role is to provide world‑class customer service at every stage of the rental process, assisting customers in our car parks at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellence in customer service and damage standards, and achieve all KPIs in these areas.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
- Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
Qualifications
- You must possess a full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
- Excellent communication and face‑to‑face interpersonal skills are required.
