TSR Legal are currently working in partnership with a leading law firm in Bristol who have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional work across complex and life-changing cases.
The firm's award-winning team is recognised nationally for acting on behalf of clients who have suffered serious injuries as a result of negligent medical treatment. This role will involve working on a varied and high-quality caseload including claims relating to brain injuries, birth injuries, cerebral palsy, delayed diagnosis, and orthopaedic negligence.
You will work closely with experienced lawyers within a supportive and collaborative environment, gaining exposure to complex matters while playing a key role in supporting clients through often sensitive and challenging circumstances.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with up to 4 years' PQE and experience within Clinical Negligence or a closely related claimant litigation background. You should possess strong client care and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
