Purpose of the Role: Due to a recent increase in market activity, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Hotel Broker to join our team. Based in our Bristol office, the role will focus on opportunities across the South West, the Cotswolds, and South Wales, with regular travel across these regions. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting transactions within a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have experience in property sales or a similar client facing sales environment. While prior experience in the hotel sector is not essential, strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach are key. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in this specialist area.

About the Team: Our award winning team of brokers, valuers, and consultants operate across the UK and major European hotel markets - including France, Spain, Germany, and Austria - covering everything from small independent assets to large branded and resort style hotels. As the most active hotel adviser in the region, we complete hundreds of transactions each year, supported by deep market insight and specialist local expertise.

The role includes:

  • Assisting senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team.
  • Once you have gained an understanding of the Hotel sector, you will be responsible for a variety of meetings including 'inspections' (client pitches) with business owners, liaising with sector professionals/introducers, delivering presentations and attending exhibitions & conferences.
  • Preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries from interested parties, encouraging offers and negotiating sales.
  • Progressing sales by liaising with key contacts, including solicitors.
  • Providing ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Developing your own portfolio of business sales across the region.
  • Networking with fellow professionals, industry contacts and influencers.
  • Working as part of our motivated team to enhance our reputation and profile UK wide.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in a client facing sales role, ideally within commercial or residential real estate (Essential).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems (Essential).
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel long distances (Essential).
  • Experience within property sales or estate agency (Desirable).
