Fixed Term for 1 Year Term Time Only plus 5 INSET days. Gordano School, part of the Lighthouse Schools Partnership, is a large and successful comprehensive secondary school approximately eight miles outside Bristol.
The Role: Working within the guidance of the Administration Manager and Finance Manager we are looking for a motivated and positive individual to undertake general administrative duties across the School. This role will be working across a number of teams depending on where additional support is required, this will include whole school administration/reception, Finance and Reprographics.
Criteria for Selection:
- Experience gained through time employed in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Good level of ICT skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality in a school environment
