We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Wellbeing Service Manager to lead and develop services across the BSW (Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire) locality. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Band 7 Therapist or registered Nurse with a passion for service improvement, clinical leadership, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The Wellbeing Service Manager leads and manages the Wellbeing service across Bath and North East Somerset (BanES), Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW), ensuring effective delivery within Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) and alignment with local system priorities.

To support flexibility and work-life balance, the successful candidate will be based at the site closest to their home within the BSW area, with travel across the locality as required.

Main Responsibilities
  • To be responsible and accountable for the successful implementation, delivery and development of Bath & North East Somerset, Wiltshire and Swindon Integrated Neighbourhood Team Wellbeing Service ensuring robust, effective and efficient delivery of all service KPIs, to achieve contractual and financial targets.
  • Use best practice and innovation to achieve high quality, excellent patient/client services working in line with the Bath and North East Somerset (BanES) Swindon context.
