We've come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006. Today, we're a growing group of restaurants across the UK with the same ambition, values, and love for proper Thai food.

The role:

We're looking for a Wok Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll cook, prep, and deliver great food every service. Fast, focused, and with care.

What you'll do:

  • Cook and serve proper Thai food
  • Run the WOK section delivering our amazing food the Rosa's way
  • Work clean, organised and ready for service
  • Support your team to deliver every dish to spec
  • Work alongside a great team in a fast pace delivering food for dine in and delivery

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a busy kitchen and worked with Asian cuisine, confident in utilising a wok
  • Positive attitude and ready to learn
  • Works well under pressure
  • Takes pride in doing things properly
  • A real love of food
