We are looking for an individual who is passionate and committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests whilst striving to empower your team's day-to-day activity. Reporting to the Head of Department, the Senior Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operation of a third of the Food & Beverage outlets within the resort and will be responsible for all aspects including P&L, guest satisfaction, high quality service and excelling food standards. Operational management of a combination of Quick serve restaurants and Catering/Refreshment outlets. This is a full time 40 hour per week position working weekends and weekdays.

Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the operational management of the quick serve restaurants and coffee units, taking full P&L accountability.
  • Delivering the KPI's for your area, as set by the Park Operations Director and Head of Food & Beverage each year.
  • Ensuring your area consistently delivers or exceeds agreed targets for both exit surveys (Food Service) and mystery shopper reports.
  • Delivering the agreed operating budgets for your area.
  • Being responsible for the training, coaching and development of your team and leading with a hands on approach.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant food/health & safety legislation requirements, maintaining detailed and comprehensive records and delivering 5 Star EHO ratings as well as internal audit routines.

Key Requirements

  • Experience of working within a management role in the hospitality, restaurant, fast food or leisure sector.
  • Experience in providing an excellent guest experience.
  • Experience of working within a fast pace and high volume business.
  • Experience of leading a team to achieve set KPIs.
  • Hold a minimum of Level 2 Food Safety.
