We're hiring a Restaurant Manager at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort to oversee our two popular quick serve restaurants, and we're looking for ambitious Assistant Managers or Managers looking for experience in multi unit management ready to take the next step in their career!

A Day in the Life:

  • Leading your team to deliver excellent guest service and smooth daily operations
  • Supporting the team to provide great menu knowledge and confidently manage allergen or dietary needs
  • Taking ownership of internal and external audit requirements
  • Driving team engagement, training, and development to build capability and confidence
  • Managing labour, stock, and equipment ordering in line with budget
  • Gaining valuable exposure to menu development, business planning, and project support alongside senior management

We are looking for a proactive learner with the ambition to grow into a confident Restaurant Manager. You should be calm, focused, and effective under pressure, an excellent communicator able to inspire and support a team, adaptable and flexible to meet operational needs, and approachable and enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality.
