A Wills & Probate Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year experience is sought for our highly regarded client close to Bromley. This is an office based role.

Wills & Probate Paralegal duties to include:

  • Supporting fee earners with wills and probate cases.
  • Experience of will drafting.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications.
  • Deliver excellent client service across all matters.

The Candidate:

  • A paralegal with a minimum of 1 year experience in a Private Client, Wills and Probate department.
  • Full UK rights to work and not require sponsorship.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills by email, phone and face to face.
  • IT literacy required.
  • Personable, proactive and detail oriented.
