Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, engaging experience for all visitors from arrival to departure.
- Recommend English Heritage membership and on site attractions.
- Maintain the site's safety, accessibility and presentation at all times.
- Assist with retail and shop operations within the welcome hut.
- Help manage daily tasks across the site with one or two colleagues.
- Work weekends and bank holidays during peak season; 8 hours per week at peak, 0 hours in winter months.
Qualifications
- Pass a basic DBS check; offer contingent on clearance.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for people.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- No specific history background required.
