The predicted salary is between 17 - 17 £ per hour.
This role will also involve providing Chef cover when required at our onshore sites located in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Applicants must hold a clean driving licence. The hours of work for this position are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As a Chef, you will provide a high standard of catering, working in line with our company standards and values. You will ensure a hygienic environment for food preparation and service, ensuring daily/monthly due diligence records are kept up to date. You will also need to manage and comply with HACCP and COSHH regulations.
Responsibilities:- To cook daily at our production kitchen in Westhill, as part of a team & around the Fresh Site to cook breakfast service, prepare a hot lunch offer.
- Ensure all food is prepared using fresh ingredients and cooked whilst adhering to the food safety standards, recording of temperature controls, and overall good hygiene practices.
- To have a creative flair towards cooking.
- Adhere to all allergen legislation.
- Ensure that standards relating to food and cleaning services are always maintained.
- To contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture and sharing ideas & new techniques.
