We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team in Margate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing day to day administrative support to the HR team
- Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding
- Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation
- Supporting payroll data input and absence tracking
- Handling employee queries in a professional and confidential manner
- Assisting with HR projects and compliance tasks
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
