Responsibilities:

As a Branch Manager, you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in retail, ideally within the jewellery sector. You should be team and sales orientated, able to motivate and lead, and assume responsibility. An interest in the jewellery and watch sector, along with a passion for providing excellent service to every customer, is essential. You should be confident, outgoing, and possess a belief in your own ability, as well as an enthusiastic and positive outlook to project a great first impression.

Everyone is expected to work extra hours at busy times, especially near to Christmas and when other colleagues are on holiday or absent for any other reason.
