Tides Restaurant is a fresh dining concept within Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort, and we're looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll play an integral role in maintaining high service standards and supporting the daily operations of this exciting new restaurant. Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort is renowned for its stunning location with breathtaking coastal views and exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist in overseeing and managing the daily operations of Tides Restaurant, maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality, and safety.
  • Lead and train the front of house team, promoting teamwork and maintaining effective communication.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, promptly addressing any guest concerns or requests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service flow and timely food delivery.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in managing restaurant operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain the restaurant's reputation for high quality service and food, creating a memorable experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
