This is a full-time, permanent position located in one of our offices around Derby.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Working alongside the local property manager and portfolio manager departments, you will help coordinate and handle all reactive maintenance that is received from Tenants on a daily basis.
  • Control the job from start to finish liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
  • Effective communication across all channels, these being Landlord, Tenants, Contractors and your JSL Team.
  • Use effective note taking using and within our CRM systems.
