The Role
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Estate Agents and Lenders.
- Ensure files are progressed efficiently and in line with business targets.
- Support junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' PQE qualified Solicitor, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload.
- Strong organisational and IT skills, including case management systems.
- Commercial awareness and ability to meet fee targets.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
