Who we are looking for:

Atkore UK is looking for an Assembly Operative to support our continued growth within the Flexicon product range.

What you'll do:

  • Pick components and materials required for assembly work according to work orders or schedules
  • Transport loads to and from the Assembly Department using pallet trucks and other approved equipment
  • Lift and move boxes of components safely, following manual handling procedures
  • Keep production and quality related records up to date
  • Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
  • Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned

  • Demonstrated ability to use both English language and mathematics
  • Experience in a manufacturing or picking environment
  • Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm
