Responsibilities- Collect and manage funds from various Young People's Centres, ensuring accurate banking and account administration.
- Compile and update essential systems and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records.
- Oversee and process transactions from Purchase Cards, including VAT processes.
- Ensure correct coding of purchases to aid in budget forecasting.
- Collect and process data from youth sessions to support our services.
- Provide general business support to youth workers, helping them focus on what they do best.
- A good standard of ICT literacy to manage spreadsheets and databases.
- Basic knowledge of finance regulations and accounting processes.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
