What will you do?

  • Efficiently manage a section of around 4 - 6 tables
  • Effectively communicate menu items and allergens to guests
  • Guide guests from the beginning to the end of their dining experience, providing positive, outstanding guest experience
  • Work collaboratively with team members, maintaining Delaware North's standards of excellence

More about you

  • 2+ years' experience in a senior or head waiter role, with experience working in a high-end or luxury restaurant or hotel setting; no degree required
  • Strong skills in attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages, including wines and spirits

Physical requirements

  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Comfortable handling various alcohol and meat products
