We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Receptionist to join our team. Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be working as part of a large team responsible for the service and after sales care of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Taking inbound telephone enquiries
- Transferring customers to the correct department
- Welcoming and signing in any visitors
- Dealing with day to day administration in the dealership
- Maintaining sundry and drinks areas
Qualifications
- Previous customer care experience
- Strong administration skills
- Experience of managing your own workload
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Working Hours
- Saturday: 9.00am-5.00pm
- Sunday: 10.00am-4.00pm
