Permanent Role – 31.67 hours per week (or part‑time considered for the right candidate). Term‑time only + 1 week (39 weeks). Salary Band D, Points 4‑5, starting at £17,887 per annum (Point 4). Start Date September 2025.

North Leamington School is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our large, friendly, and high‑performing IEN team, working closely with the Teachers, SENCo and Associate SENCo's in a supportive role. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, flexible, have great interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and want the best for students. Experience working with young people, especially those with complex needs, and the ability to remain calm and be a positive role model, are desirable.
