Full time on site, Leamington Spa. We are NOMOQ, a high‑tech company supplying craft beverage companies with digitally printed beverage cans.

Responsibilities

  • You perform adhesion, bonding, and porosity tests and document results accurately.
  • You conduct incoming goods inspections to verify delivery accuracy.
  • You perform basic machine maintenance (spindle repairs and insert replacements) and provide relief coverage as machine operator when needed.
  • You ensure processes and products comply with relevant norms through regular quality checks.
  • You lead claim investigations, answer customer questionnaires, and drive issue resolution.
  • You support the QMS implementation, documentation, and provide first‑level support for QMS related questions in coordination with HQ Management.

Qualifications

  • You have previous experience in a QA, production, or manufacturing environment.
  • You have qualification related to Food Safety such as Level 3 HACCP for Manufacturing, Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety in Manufacturing, Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Manufacturing, Level 2 TACCP and VACCP, Control of Substances Hazards to Health COSHH, H&S Risk Assessment.
  • You have experience with complaint handling and are able to identify and analyse root causes.
  • You have familiarity with quality management systems and relevant norms/standards.
  • You are highly competent in standard software packages and have good IT skills.
  • You have the ability to consistently identify nonconformities and liaise with relevant departments to drive improvement.
