We are looking for a manager to lead strategic and operational delivery in the Integrated Community Equipment (ICE) and Technology Enabled Care (TEC) services in Warwickshire. This is an exciting opportunity to provide professional leadership, operational oversight and system-wide influence across services that help people maintain independence, reduce reliance on long-term care and achieve better outcomes through timely support, equipment, reablement and technology.

In this role, you will provide leadership across a broad and important portfolio. You will oversee service performance, quality assurance, workforce development and partnership working, while also acting as a professional lead for best practice in community equipment and TEC. You will work closely with partners across health, social care, commissioning and provider organisations to drive innovation, improve consistency and ensure services remain responsive, safe and effective.

You will be responsible for leading high standards of professional practice and ensuring learning from complaints, incidents and governance activity is embedded into service improvement. The role also includes oversight of complex and high-risk work, professional decision-making, and contributing to strategic priorities through partnership forums and system leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Significant leadership experience in community equipment, reablement or TEC services
  • Strong knowledge of professional practice, safeguarding, risk management and statutory duties
  • Experience of leading, managing performance and supporting workforce development
  • Confidence in using data, quality assurance and service review activity to drive improvement
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across organisational boundaries
  • A passion for promoting independence, strength-based practice and early intervention through equipment and technology
