As an HR Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting day to day HR administration and helping ensure a positive employee experience across the business. Working closely with the HR team, you'll help maintain efficient people processes and support onboarding, employee records, and wider HR initiatives.
What we expect:
- You will assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll and benefits administration processes.
- Assist with training coordination and employee development activities.
- Respond to employee queries and provide general HR administrative support.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist with reporting, HR systems updates, and compliance related administration.
What you need:
- Previous experience in an HR administration or assistant role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- To lead by example in setting standards with a "can do" attitude that inspires colleagues and clients.
