What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the kitchen team.
- Creating nutritious, resident focused menus.
- Managing stock, budgets, and food safety compliance.
- Ensuring excellent food quality and presentation.
- Working closely with residents and management to meet dietary requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience.
