Oakley School is an all-through school on the edge of South Leamington in Warwickshire. We welcomed our first Year 7 cohort in September 2023 and first Reception cohort in September 2024; we continue to welcome a new group every year until the school is complete up to Year 11. We are looking for a proactive Admin Manager with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills to lead our team of administrators. The role will include ongoing review of our systems and procedures and effective management of staff to ensure operational efficiency.

We are part of Stowe Valley MAT, which is led by Southam College. This has further enhanced our ability to offer inspirational and supportive leadership and CPD for all of our staff.
