We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our busy automotive dealership in Loughborough. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a vital role in managing warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions to manufacturers. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within manufacturer guidelines
  • Review repair orders and supporting documentation to ensure compliance
  • Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve queries
  • Monitor and manage outstanding claims, rejections, and payments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer policies and procedures
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure standards and best practices are upheld
  • Support the wider aftersales team to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction

About You

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator within the automotive sector is beneficial. Could also suit a Workshop Controller or Service Advisor looking for a change.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of claims
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Proficient in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge/CDK or similar)
  • Positive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
