A lovely private family based in Chelsea SW3 is seeking an experienced, nurturing and professional Spanish and English speaking nanny to care for their beautiful 5 week old baby girl. This is a wonderful opportunity for a caring candidate looking to become part of a warm household on a long term basis, with future potential to transition into a live in role and travel with the family.
The family is looking for someone naturally loving, calm and confident with newborn care, who genuinely enjoys building a close bond with a child and becoming trusted support within the home. The role will focus primarily on baby care and all nursery duties, alongside helping to keep the home tidy and running smoothly during the baby's naps and quieter periods of the day. The family would highly value someone proactive, organised and happy to assist where needed in a supportive, team oriented manner.
Duties Include:
- Full newborn and baby care
- Supporting developmental milestones and routines
- Creating a loving, stimulating and safe environment
- Baby laundry and ironing on designated days
- Helping maintain household organization and tidiness during nap times
- Daily morning dog walk for the family's friendly husky
- Occasional general household support as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent Spanish speaker preferred, with excellent English
- Strong newborn and baby experience essential
- Warm, gentle, reliable and emotionally intuitive
- Organised, proactive and happy working in a hands on family environment
- Comfortable around dogs and happy with daily walks
- Looking for a long term position with future flexibility and travel opportunities
- Valid first aid training and background checks required
Working Schedule:
- Initially 6 days per week
- Approximately 10 hours per day
