Responsibilities
- Collect the children from school and nursery.
- Support after school routine: prepare snacks, playtime, reading, homework, mealtimes and bedtime.
- Engage in arts and crafts, imaginative play and outdoor activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Full, clean driving licence and access to an insured vehicle; duty mileage will be paid.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a nanny.
- Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate and updated Enhanced DBS.
- Professional references: one from current or last employer and an additional referee who can be contacted immediately.
Working Hours & Location
- Location: Colchester, Essex.
- Hours: Monday and Friday 2:45 pm - 6:30 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 2:45 pm - 7:30 pm.
- Days: Monday - Friday.
- Job start: As soon as possible. End: September 2026.
- Pay: £18.00 gross per hour (£8,993.00 approximate total for this temporary engagement).
Additional Information
This is a fixed term position that requires driving.
