As a Deputy Home Manager you'll be making sure the level of clinical care we provide goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. You'll provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervise/co-coach colleagues to deliver a service unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

- Knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice
- Background in person centred care planning within a care home
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to mentor, manage time, maintain records, and communicate compassionately
