Are you passionate about helping people build skills, confidence, and brighter futures? We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Education, Training and Employment (ETE) Volunteers to join our team supporting individuals accessing Inspire Integrated Substance Misuse Services across East Lancashire. As an ETE Volunteer, you will work closely with our ETE team to support people who may face barriers to education, training, or employment. You'll provide practical and motivational support to help individuals progress towards volunteering, courses, training, or paid work. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while gaining valuable experience in employability support, guidance, and community services.

Responsibilities

Volunteers contribute to Change Grow Live in a variety of ways. From Admin Volunteers to Service User Reps, from Peer Mentors to Healthcare Support Volunteers, from Independent Visitors to Community Mentors each volunteer brings a unique set of skills and talents. We are incredibly grateful for all that volunteers do to support our service users. If there isn't a specific volunteering role listed for the service in your area, or have a skill you would like to donate to us you can use this listing to express your interest. Most of our volunteer opportunities don't need any special qualifications. We'll make sure you get all the training and support you need. All we ask is that you're kind, open-minded and passionate about supporting people. Everyone is welcome at Change Grow Live. As a volunteer you will be treated with respect and accepted for who you are. You don't need to have personal experience of drug and alcohol recovery to get involved.
