Salary: £56,100 + exceptional uncapped time saved bonus + fantastic company benefits

We're looking for an experienced Painter / Prepper to join our growing team in Birmingham on a twilight shift pattern of 11:30am - 9:00pm (30 minute lunch break).

Responsibilities

  • Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and filler work
  • Mixing and applying paint to manufacturer standards
  • Carrying out colour matching and blending to achieve a flawless finish
  • Identifying and correcting paint defects where required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Sprayer, Prepper, or in a similar role
  • Excellent preparation, colour matching, and finishing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • A proactive, team focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
