Temporary position in Derby, Derbyshire with an hourly rate of up to £12.76 plus holiday pay.

What You'll Get:

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering car parts to industrial customers in a 75 mile radius and to the Bournemouth area
  • Loading/unloading of car parts of all shapes, sizes and weights
  • Carefully delivering heavy items such as engines and oil drums
  • Representing the client professionally and keeping customers satisfied
  • Ensuring your assigned vehicle is well maintained and any defects are reported
  • All paperwork and products on vehicle is checked to ensure accuracy with deliveries
  • Consistent communication is maintained throughout shift
  • Usually doing 6 regular deliveries of heavy goods per day as well as up to 4 additional body shop deliveries
  • Must be comfortable with and have experience driving large vans

What We're Looking For:

  • Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
  • Maximum 6 penalty points
  • Reliable, detail oriented, and positive attitude
  • Able to carry out pre delivery checks confidently
  • Someone who wants ongoing work

Your hourly pay rate is £12.76, and you will accrue £1.77 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave.
